Every Day is a Monday

We have a habit of always wanting to start everything on Monday. Diets, sports, a better outlook on life, schedules, appointments, and the list goes on. Maybe it's what we got used to. We start school on Monday or we start a new job on Monday. Regardless, most of us look at Monday as the chance for a new start.

The first step is to keep that in mind when taking this course. This is a course because it provides a certain structure; a structure that helps us put things in order.

This course could be for anyone who is looking to put some organization into one behaviour or another. It could be to provide an eating structure, or a structure to limit reactions, or to release built-up stress and anxiety.
